AT-TAUBAH AYAT 105: KARYAWAN FREELANCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN
Abstract
Employee performance is not just for promotion or salary determination for the company. However, how can the company motivate employees and it is also necessary to realize efforts to increase the sales turnover of a business in this case the coffee shop business. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of freelance employees on the sales of Yellow Jack coffee shops explicitly and implicitly. Data obtained through sales turnover before the existence of freelance employees and after the existence of freelance employees. The analytical methods used in this study are comparison and econometrics. The results of the econometric hypothesis test show that the existence of freelance personnel greatly supports the sales turnover of the Yellow Jack coffee shop. It is hoped that in this study, Banda Aceh coffee shops must pay more attention to their employees, in this case, namely baristas to build enthusiasm in working so that they can motivate the brand and can improve performance which leads to an increase in the sales turnover of the coffee shop.
