Abstract

This study discusses buying and selling transactions in the Islamic economic paradigm, a transaction in which there is muamalah which is truly halal and unlawful that must be carried out by a seller and a buyer. The aim of this research is to describe the muamalah of halal buying and selling. At this time buying and selling is very important and even becomes an integral part of life. This study uses a descriptive-analytic approach, namely collecting and describing the results of the main problems.
