QS. AN-NAZIAT VERSES 30-33: THE LAW OF PROPERTY AND THE PRESENT IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract
ABSTRACT: In essence, ownership is the subject matter of human economic activity. Theologically, the ultimate possession is by the permission of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and Islam believes that all the treasures in this world belong to Allah, man has the right to use them only. Linguistically ownership (al-milkiyyah) comes from the word milkun meaning something that is within his power, while milkiyah according to the term is a property or item that can legally be owned by someone to be used and allowed to transfer control to someone else. Ownership that must be understood is divided into 3, namely individual ownership, public ownership, state ownership. Based on the problems in ownership that occur today there is a status error in public ownership such as springs, land, forests and mountains that must be associated with the law of ownership based on the Qur'an – As-Sunnah. Using references to Qs. An-Naziat verses 30-33. The purpose of this study is to analyze economic issues related to property law based on the Qur'an – As Sunnah and Implementation Today. This research uses a qualitative approach.
