SISTEM DAILY WORKER BURUH DALAM PANDANGAN ISLAM: KEADILAN, PERLINDUNGAN KERJA, DAN KESEJAHTERAAN
Abstract
The daily worker labor system has become a controversial topic in the context of Islamic law and Sharia. This article aims to investigate sharia views regarding the daily worker labor system by considering the principles of justice, labor protection, and economic welfare. Through an analysis of relevant Islamic literature and references, this article presents a sharia perspective on the applicability of the daily worker labor system and its implications in the context of Muslim societies. This research also discusses alternative labor systems that can be in line with Shari'a principles, as well as efforts that can be made to improve labor protection in the context of daily workers
