Abstract

This study aims to determine the ownership of property and its application in human life. The method used is qualitative with literature studies of books, articles and documents that have been published in journals on the internet. The main source of this research was inspired by QS. Al-Lahab [111] Verse 2 which reads as follows: "It is useless for him his property and what he earns". The results of this study explain the ownership of property that is thayyib and should be applied in the life of mankind with the Islamic economic system.
