PEMIKIRAN EKONOMI ISLAM PADA MASA BANI UMAYYAH

Abstract

This article describes the picture of Islamic economics in the era of the Umayyad State.
Information is obtained by browsing libraries from various sources, such as: books,
articles, and documents published on the internet. The results of economic history
analysis during the time of the Umayyad State are used to answer economic problems
and lessons in contemporary economic activity. The result is known that the economy in
the era of the Umayyad State emerged because of the ijtihad of the fuqoha' so that this
kind of economic development can be imitated in the present era.
