PERBANDINGAN BUDAYA KERJA ANTARA TRADISI KETIMURAN DAN KEBARATAN: PANDANGAN DAN SOLUSI BISNIS ISLAM (STUDI KASUS DI INDONESIA)

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the differences in business behavior between eastern and western societies, the impact of these differences in business behavior, and their relationship with Islamic business. Articles are written with qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Information is collected from several sources, such as: several websites on the internet, reference books, articles that have been published in journals of national and international reputation, and so on. After analysis, the collection of information resulted in findings that differences in work behavior between eastern and western cultures tend to influence and negate each other, giving rise to various problems that never end. Islam exists as an alternative solution to the performance problem because it is present as a revelation from Allah SWT.
