Abstract

Education in higher education should not only emphasize the knowledge (academic) side, but also hard skills (skill practice), soft skills (attitude, attitude), and personality (personality, shakhshiyyah). hard skill). However, the nonacademic dimension often receives less attention. The implementation of the activities and training that have been carried out has also not been followed by evaluations which are valuable inputs for the development of the next program. This study aims to evaluate the combination program of managerial, entrepreneurship and leadership (MELT) training activities of STEI Hamfara which will be held in 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a total sample. Data collection using questionnaire instruments. The analysis uses descriptive statistics. This study resulted in the conclusion thata-MELT training program received a very good assessment (83.68 %), Training was considered useful in the development of soft skills, especially in honing a responsible mentality (4,405), team communication skills (4,324), ethics of interaction with agencies (4,270) and team work (4,216), as for self-confidence in facing various situations (3,937) it still needs to be improved. On the side of islamic personality development, a-MELT training is a vehicle for honing Islamic personality (4,405), inspiring in indicting and practicing Islamic economics (4,351) and honing laughter in socializing Islamic economic practices (4,216). The thing that is of note to be improved is the inspiration for the field of interest to be engaged in (3,676). Future training needs to strengthen challenges for confidence improvement and intense interaction with practitioners and inspiring business fields.
