Abstract

Excessive public consumption of the use of finished products is the cause of clothing manufacturers' performance. The process of production and public consumption is the main cause of natural damage caused. Where the waste from the fabric/textile dyeing production process from upstream to downstream is not managed properly, as well as the disposal of apparel that has been disposed of and is not managed responsibly. The aim of this paper is to provide an introduction to the awareness of the fashion industry which is progressing rapidly but many industry drivers ignore the environmental problems that occur today. Provide an introduction to how fashion waste that is disposed of irresponsibly will cause environmental imbalances over time. The implications for producers, consumers and policy choices to improve sustainable developments Goals with the aim of building an environmentally friendly fashion industry. This is followed by an illustration of research on how to manufacture bag products using the concept of fashion sustainability. A brief review of one of the fashion designers who pioneered the sustainable fashion/ ecofashion movement. This paper will also explain how the production and consumption of sustainable fashion according to the perspective of Islamic economics.
