Abstract

Leadership is an important factor because leadership factors can have a significant influence on employee performance because leaders plan, inform, make and evaluate various decisions that must be implemented in the company. The success of a company is supported by the role of a leader with a leadership style in influencing his subordinates. As a Muslim, leading with Islamic law is an obligationThis research article aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance based on literature reviews and previous research. The writing of this research uses data collection with the method of Libarary Research or Literature Study which comes from a collection of previous studies with slices of related variables according to the problems in this study. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable (X) namely Islamic Leadership has an influence with the dependent variable (Y) namely Employee Performance
