ANALISIS MODEL KOMPENSASI BISNIS KONTEMPORER: STUDI PERBANDINGAN ANTARA MARGIN, BUNGA, DAN BAGI HASIL

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to simply describe the three terms of compensation in business, economic, and financial transactions, and compare them with each other of the three types of compensation. This study uses a qualitative comparative descriptive method, with a literature study approach. Various sources such as books, journals, and transaction documents. The results of the study show that fundamentally the three terms of compensation in this transaction differ in several aspects, including the origin of the contract, the way it is calculated, the perception of formal law, and normative rules. The important point of drawing conclusions from the results of this study will lead to the most basic consequences of sharia law, where when there is an error in understanding, let alone calculating it, it can change the status of business and financial transactions from mubah (permissible) according to sharia to haram (forbidden), so it is important to re-understand the three terms of compensation of business contracts and their implementation in the field.
