Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability of the principles of Islamic economic justice with the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review that discusses justice theory, sharia maqashid, and Indonesian SDGs policy documents. The data were analyzed comparatively to see the common ground and differences between Islamic principles and development policies. Results show that some SDGs programs, such as poverty alleviation and education equity, are aligned with the principles of distribution equity, but challenges remain in the distribution of wealth and the protection of vulnerable groups. This study concludes that the integration of the concept of Islamic economic justice can strengthen sustainable development policies. The contribution of this research is expected to be a theoretical reference for the development of public policies that are in line with sharia values.
