Abstrak

This article was created with the aim of finding out the behavior and ethics of business operators and online business consumers in the current era and analyzing it from an Islamic point of view. Information is taken from the main sources, namely the Qur'an and the economic fiqh of madzhab Hamfara with additions from other sources, such as journal articles and economic books of madzhab Hamfara written by lecturers of the campus. The behavior and ethics of online business in today's technological era are the behavior of Muslim individuals who do not understand the contracts in a transaction that is being carried out because this online business includes new facts and problems that are still few from the ustadz and scholars who discuss and punish, making them not understand that this problem is an important matter that Muslim individuals and communities should know because of the inevitable development of the times. Articles have contributed to adding to the discourse of Islamic economic discussions, especially related to Islamic economic da'wah from the perspective of business ethics.
