Abstract

Consumers have the freedom to decide to buy a product so that business owners compete in attracting consumers with price, quality and product design. Researchers want to know what variables between price, product design and product quality affect purchasing decisions on SME products. This study uses a literature review method which is based on scientific documents. The results of this study that the most influential variables on purchasing decisions are price variables, product quality and service quality.
